And now their live chat is closed or I’m blocked. Seeing as how the window says they close at 8pm, and it was barely after 5pm, I’m assuming they blocked me.

Ok, now we’ve established that they don’t like answering questions about upstream queues. The reason I asked is because my connection with Newwave has an upstream queue of over 2300ms. That means that packets sent from my connection get delayed for about 2 seconds before they go out. Newwave is doing this because they accused me of downloading Evan Almighty, and shut my connection down because they allegedly received notice that I was involved in “illegal downloading” of this movie. They refused to send me a copy of the notice, and wouldn’t even give me details about it. I suspect that someone was using my wireless connection without my consent. I had an older router that is relatively easy to get into.

So, the first thing they did was change the upstream queue. They call this “provisioning the modem.” Because of this upstream queue, I can’t use any kind of bittorrent client.

I need bittorrent to update my Linux Mint install, and to download things like the latest version of Ubuntu.

Every time I call them about this, I get rep after rep that lies and says they aren’t doing it. Eventually, I get a rep who actually does something about it, and they change the upstream queue. But, every time I use bittorrent to update my distro of download another one, this shit happens. I’ll update this post with more info as I get it.

MOSCOW (AP) - Russia’s military on Tuesday successfully test-fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying multiple nuclear warheads—a weapon intended to replace aging Soviet-era missiles.
The RS-24 missile was launched from the Plesetsk launch facility in northern Russia and its test warheads successfully hit designated targets on the Kura testing range on the Kamchatka Peninsula some 4,340 miles east, Strategic Missile Forces spokesman Alexander Vovk told The Associated Press.

Vovk said that the missile carried multiple test warheads, but refused to say how many. The Interfax news agency said the RS-24 is capable of carrying at least three warheads.

The Strategic Missile Forces said in a statement that the missile was launched from a mobile launcher.

It said the new missile was based on the Topol-M and built by the same design team—Moscow’s Heat Technology Institute led by Yuri Solomonov. The RS-24 was first test-fired successfully in May.

“This missile is being created using scientific and technological solutions from the Topol-M missile which allows to significantly reduce time and cost of its development,” the statement said.

Existing Topol-M missiles carry a single nuclear warhead and are capable of hitting targets more than 6,000 miles away.

The Strategic Missile Forces said the RS-24 missile is designed to replace Soviet-built missiles with multiple nuclear warheads, such as RS-18 and RS-20. Those missiles are known in the West as the SS-19 Stiletto and the SS-18 Satan.

“The RS-24’s deployment will strengthen the Strategic Missile Forces’ capability to penetrate missile defense systems and strengthen the nuclear deterrent potential of Russia’s strategic nuclear forces,” the statement said. “The RS-24 will form the backbone of the Strategic Missile Forces and safely ensure the security of Russia and its allies through the mid-century.”

President Vladimir Putin has used windfall oil revenues to modernize Russia’s military arsenals amid increasing tensions with the West. The Kremlin has fiercely opposed U.S. plans to deploy missile defense sites in Poland and the Czech Republic, saying they threaten Russia’s security.

Reverse the dollar’s free fall and revive our global credibility. Warnings from China, France, Iran, Venezuela and supermodel Gisele haven’t fazed Washington. Recession will.
3. Write-offs
Expose Wall Street’s shadow-banking system. They’re playing with $300 trillion in derivatives and still hiding over $100 billion of toxic off-balance sheet asset-backed securities, plus another $300 billion hidden worldwide. A lack of transparency is killing our international credibility. Write it all off, now!
4. Budgeting
Force fiscal restraint back into government. America has been living way beyond its means for years: A recession will cut back revenues at all levels of government and cutbacks will encourage balanced budgeting.
5. Overconfidence

Force the energy and auto industries to get serious about emission standards and reducing oil dependency.
9. Inflation
Expose the “core inflation” farce Washington uses to sugarcoat reality.
10. Moral hazard
Slow the Fed from cutting interest rates to bail out speculators.
11. War costs
Force Washington to get honest about how it’s going to pay for our wars, other than supplemental bills that are worse than Enron-style debt financing.
12. CEO pay
Further expose CEO compensation that’s now about five hundred times the salaries of workers, compared with about 40 times a generation ago.
13. Privatization
Stop the privatization of our federal government to no-bid contractors and high-priced mercenary armies fighting our wars.
14. Entitlements
Force Congress to get serious about the coming Social Security/Medicare disaster. With boomers now retiring, this problem can only get worse: A recession now could avoid a depression later.
15. Consumers
Yes, we’re all living way beyond our means, piling up excessive credit-card debt, encouraged by government leaders who tell us “deficits don’t matter.” Recessions will pressure individuals to reduce spending and increase savings.
16. Regulation
Lobbyists have replaced regulation. Extreme theories of unrestrained free trade plus zero regulation just don’t work; proven by our credit crisis, hedge funds’ nondisclosures, private-equity taxation, rating agencies failures, junk home mortgages, and more. Get real, folks.
17. Sacrifice
“We have not seen a nationwide decline in housing like this since the Great Depression, says Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf. As individuals and as a nation Americans have always performed best in crises, like the Depression or WWII, times when we’re all asked to make sacrifices. When people think of Washington DC, many things come to mind.  Some people envision freedom and liberty, while in others, visions of lobbyists, power and corruption come to mind.  What people do not realize is the terrible secret contained in the District of Columbia. 

 

Many people involved in the conspiracy circles have tried to portray Washington DC as the base of operations for an evil Masonic cabal bent on achieving world domination.  Although there is ample circumstantial evidence to support this claim, which may or may not be true, the secret contained in Washington is far greater than any conspiracy theory or activity performed by man.  In fact, the secret is of a “universal” nature.

 

Where is this secret contained?  Many of you may be wondering where in Washington can this secret be found.  The truth is, that the secret is in the architectural structure of the Capitol itself.  In other words, the capitol IS the secret.  In order to have eyes which see, you must understand symbolism, numbers, the relationship between the dollar and Washington DC, history and astronomy.  A basic knowledge of the Bible would also be helpful.

Let us start our journey with a tale from Ancient Egypt.

 

The Tale of Osiris, Isis and the Dog.

 

Long ago, in Egyptian myth,  there was a character named Osiris.  He was married to Isis.  One day, a man named Typhon killed Osiris and cut him up into 14 pieces.  His wife Isis, with the help of the dog, Sirius, helped Isis find 13 out of the 14 pieces.  The 14^th, or the phallus, was never found.  Isis fashioned one out of wood—and Horus, the son of Isis and Osiris took his fathers place.  Horus lost an eye.

This story may sound stupid to the uninitiated, but it is very important to deciphering the secret of Washington DC.

 

Osiris is not a man—he is the SUN.  Isis, is the MOON and Sirius is not a dog but the star Sirius located in the constellation Canis major.  What the story is about is the death of the SUN, how the period of the sun is divided into 13 main segments with a short 14^th segment, and how the moon and Sirius find 13 of the pieces.

 

On July 4^th 1776, when Sirius and the moon were is certain positions, the Declaration of Independence was signed.  The Founding Fathers knew that this point in time was important not just to the freedom of an emerging nation, but also recognized the astrological significance and the effect a series of major future events would have on future generations—and more importantly, when those events would take place.

 

Let us continue our journey by looking at the One Dollar bill.  It is more than just a trading medium. It is another key to understanding the secret.

 

Symbolism of the US $1 Bill

 

The word Dollar, comes from the German word Thaler.  Thalers were silver coins minted in Bohemia.  On one side of the Thaler was the images of Christ being Crucified.  On the other side was a serpent on a pole with NU 21, or significant of Numbers 21, the story in the Bible where Moses puts a serpent on a pole for the children of Israel to look upon and be healed.  This is very important!
